Pvris-White Noise

Well, after quite a bit of singles and remixed versions, the complete record has finally arrived.  I must admit that before hearing the single, "White Noise", I was skeptical.  I am an immense fan of the female vocalist style genre, and this ban's female sounds have me fluttered or to be blunt, captivating".  The backing and some embracing track work, work that Lyndsey Gunnolfsen set her vocals and talent to, are so incredible!  This song, "My House"(Featured Video Below) is enough of a reason to grab up the record, than any other.  "My House" and "Ghosts" are quite astonishing tracks.  They are remindful of the artist Ella Henderson.  There is no doubt that both of these stars are destined to be on the top of the Billboard charts.  I would recommend picking this release up, at a show, digital retailers, and a store near you!

Jacquie Lee-Broken Ones

This EP, "Broken Ones" is brilliant.  You may recognize Jacquie from the hit television show, The Voice.  She impressed the judges through and through.  Well, here she is with her debut record, "Broken Ones".  This is incredible vocals and work.  The first single off the EP is the title of the release, "Broken Ones".  Below, you will find the official music video for it, and it will give you a female vocalist gift!  It is my favorite track from the effort, and I constantly find myself spinning it and playing it on the I-Pod, and also on mix cd's.  The third song from the EP, titled "Drown Me in Your Love" is irresistible and beautiful.  You will really enjoy this song, hands down.  "Tears Fall" is the darkest song, and it finds itself among the top tracks of the "Broken Ones" EP.  There is a fun, and upbeat song to get into on the album, and of course we all know it, it is called "Girls Just Want To Have Fun".  Fall into a well done song with wide vocal range and haunting piano, in the track "Right Love".  Overall, this release presents a variety of styles within it, and it delivers pretty well.  There could be stronger songs like "Broken Ones", but this being her first release, she has done quite well.  I would give this a try, I mean for the cheap price, and the quality, you really cannot go wrong with "Broken Ones"!

Plumb-Need You Now

Plumb, otherwise known as "Tiffany Arbuckle Lee", as been singing for many,
many years now.  At the young age of 37, she is still as beautiful as ever, with that addictive and angelic vocal touch lacing her essence throughout.  Plumb's first release, I believe, was in the year of 1997, and she has not lost her touch since.  She has changed styles from time to time, but it is believed that was just to correlate with the times of life, during the moments people were dealing with in times of struggles, despair, and dreams of hope.  My favorite song from this album, which consists of thirteen solid tracks, has got to be one of the already released singles.  The track, titled "I Want You Here", speaks to me in many ways, and hits me hard emotionally for a few reasons personal, and I trust there are and will be songs on NEED YOU NOW, that will embrace your soul and heart as well.  I have no doubt about it.  I believe going physical or digital is worth it, either way.  Both versions are about $10, however, for quality, and technological reasoning, one must go with the wave of the future.  Take a trip to I-Tunes, Amazon, or a digital outlet such like that, and grab it all, or any of this beautiful talent that sounds excellent to you.  I know Plumb, somewhere with some track, will touch your soul.  More key songs are "Drifting", "Need You Now", "Cage", and my second favorite powerhouse track, "Beautiful".  Take a chance with this Plumb release, it will pierce your heart and soul, and be worth it....keep a box of tissues with you as well. :)

AUBE.L-Stars In Your Scars

Aube l has a surprising, and incredible vocal range.  The music grabs you instantly, and pulls your mind throughout realms of musical possibilities.  With the latest effort, which came out late 2012, titled, THE STARS IN YOUR SCARS, the songs are more proof of the growth in the music.  With sounds compared to the famous like of Muse, Radiohead, and Bjork, there couldn't be a brighter future for Aube l.  The track from the newest effort, "Get Out", utters the lines of "no more confusion, get out!  This is the limit of your love....".  Obviously the track isn't a comfortable and cozy up love song.  Other songs that stand out, to me, are "Stars In Your Scars", "Hi Love, Hi Life", and my favorite track of the eight song effort would have to reason to be, "I Promise To Myself".  That song has all the ingredients of a hit, either in the USA, France, or any country that is savoring music right now.  If you can access Spotify, get a listen, grab up the album digitally at a link below, you'll truly and purely enjoy this well-rounded masterpiece.

Sara Skinner-Unchangeable EP

Sara Skinner has one of those voices that get stuck in your head.  Her range is eclectic, and the power is obviously from deep inside her soul.  She began as a youtube sensation, doing cover song, after cover song.  I must admit, I am not one fond of musicians that do cover songs, but Sara's renditions were so much better, so much more unique, it drew me into her.  I discovered Sara's music and talents after seeing an online post by the band, Angels Fall.  I heard her cover of the Alicia Keys' smash single, "Girl on Fire", and I was completely blown away.  She added darkness, and a whole new depth to the single.  Now, please don't get caught up in Sara's ability to completely master cover songs.  Sara Skinner has some amazing originality in her own rights.  Her first breakthrough song and video, was for her original track, "Break".  The video can be found on her youtube link below, and it is so compelling, you want to dive right into her entire catalogue.  My favorite track off the current EP, is titled, "The Only One".  Lyrically one of the best songs I've heard, and it will become contagious to your ears.  Sara has laced this track with brilliance and it holds an excellent message.  Judge for yourself, order the EP today!  If there is a weakness on Sara's record, it would have to be the track, "Unchangeable".  This song is good, don't get me wrong, but it seems to almost be a "filler" of sorts, though Sara's vocals seem to make every song addicting.  "With You" is quite simply beautiful.  Sara took a different approach with this track, and it is obvious with her tone and lyrics.  If you want to crank a song up, other than "Break", I would definitely turn the volume up on this one my friends.  Finally, "Holding On", shows us her diversity.  Sara has a beautiful, direct voice, yes; however, she has distinction.  Radio will know her very soon, and you will too.  With over 5,000 subscribers, and more everyday, Sara is reeling fans in, by the hundreds.  The key to her success seems to be that it's not about the fame, it seems to be about the music and fans with her.  Sara recently attended the NAMM Convention, and there is little doubt the representatives there were blessed to catch a performance, and to meet her.  If you want to compare Sara to any artists out there today, I would suggest Sarah McLachlan or Christina Perri.  However, as heard on "Break", Sara is different, and in this instance, "different" is quite good.
