Pvris-White Noise

Well, after quite a bit of singles and remixed versions, the complete record has finally arrived.  I must admit that before hearing the single, "White Noise", I was skeptical.  I am an immense fan of the female vocalist style genre, and this ban's female sounds have me fluttered or to be blunt, captivating".  The backing and some embracing track work, work that Lyndsey Gunnolfsen set her vocals and talent to, are so incredible!  This song, "My House"(Featured Video Below) is enough of a reason to grab up the record, than any other.  "My House" and "Ghosts" are quite astonishing tracks.  They are remindful of the artist Ella Henderson.  There is no doubt that both of these stars are destined to be on the top of the Billboard charts.  I would recommend picking this release up, at a show, digital retailers, and a store near you!

Banks-Goddess

Wow.  I am a fine of all kinds of music, but I will admit I fell in love with this record right when I heard it.  "Goddess", the latest from the passionate and soulful artist, Banks, is purely brilliant.  Especially the enjoyable "deluxe" edition.  I really cannot name a favorite track from this album, there are so many, but if I had to, I would go with "Warm Water".  With haunting vocals at times, and blissful tracks such as "This Is What It Feels Like", Change", And I Drove You Crazy", and Bedroom Wall"-they all make you shutter and quiver with intrigue.  "Fuck Em Only We Know: is an excellent symbol for this album because it's as if Banks does not care what anyone thinks, she has realized her talent and artistry is purely awesome, and don't think for a moment she does not know it!!  I highly recommend this release, whether you decide on the "deluxe" package, or the "standard" release, I can promise you that you will indeed be pleased!  Enjoy that stunning voice!

Jonny Lang-Blew Up (The House) (Single)

As if Jonny didn't rock enough, the young blues guitarist and vocalist is back at it, shredding again.  The lead single, "Blew Up (The House)", is a song that sounds very reminiscent of a track off of his previous album, WANDER THIS WORLD.  However, the guitars are more slick, the lyrics are much more aggressive, and the vocals are more clear and stronger on this song.  Jonny has his background vocalists chanting along, especially during the hook, and the song echoes with enthusiasm and makes you want to groove right along with it!  "Blew Up (The House)" runs just under five minutes long, but you enjoy every minute and second of the song, and the rhythm grabs you, the tone twirls you around, and the blues attitude that the track brings to your ears is enough to make you crave more.  That is exactly the aim here.  Jonny's new album, which is due out in the US, on September 17th, is titled FIGHT FOR MY SOUL.  You can sense the fight in Jonny, the attitude, the young blues sensation is back, and I must say I am loving this one, and looking forward to the full length for certain, come September!!  "Blew Up (The House)", blows up your stereo, your speakers everywhere, and be certain to catch Jonny live at a venue near you, before he sells out!
